Shibuya HAL (渋谷ハル) is a male Japanese Virtual YouTuber currently part of Neo-Porte, an agency he founded in 2021 alongside Mafumafu, Soraru and CR Ojiji.
He streams on YouTube and Twitch. He mostly plays PUBG and Apex Legends. He also organises PUBG and Apex Legends competitions for other Virtual YouTubers.
