Nenki Mino

This repulsive, beastly ninja has hair that can do more than just get in tangles, but is literally more like a hornet's nest. Nenki uses his hair as arms and legs, while other times they work in sync as thousands of needles, scouring his victims. Although his skills make him invaluable to the Iga, Nenki doesn't always follow Tenzen's orders and often questions his authority.
