General Blue

General Blue is one of the highest ranking members of the Red Ribbon Army seen in the series. He possesses special psychic abilities in the form of telekinesis, which can be used to paralyze his opponents or control inanimate objects. This combined with his physical prowess make him one of Goku’s toughest opponents in the series.

~!He is later defeated by Arale Norimaki when his and Goku’s battle takes them to Penguin Village. Upon returning to the Red Ribbon Army base, he is killed by Tao Pai-Pai.!~

General Blue makes subsequent appearances in the films Dragon Ball: Makafushigi Daibouken and Dragon Ball: Saikyou e no Michi, both being loose retellings of the Red Ribbon Army story arc.

It is also implied that Blue is homosexual, though it is never directly confirmed, only speculated on.
