Akoya Seishu

Akoya Seishu is a police inspector and the captain of the 44th Riot Squad. He is also a secret vigilante that ruthlessly carries out his brand of justice. He is also the affiliated fighter of Wakasa Life Insurance in the Kengan Matches and represented the company during the Kengan Annihilation Tournament. Two years later, he was scouted for the Kengan Association VS Purgatory Tournament as a representative for the Kengan Association.

Akoya is a man who is driven almost entirely by his intense brand of justice.
