Paul Radhabinod

Commander of the United Nations Pacific 11th Force's base in Yokohama, Japan. He is base's first commander and has been managing the base's defense since his appointment in 1999.

Radhabinod is Yokohama Base's highest military authority and has final say on all military matters pertaining to it, but it is known Professor Kouzuki is the one who runs the base for the most part. Before being put in a command role behind the battle and auditor for Alternative IV, he was a fierce pilot who served in mainland Asia.
